Are you fed up with online backup services who...

  • claim to be 'unlimited' only to discover they have hidden restrictions and painfully slow file transfer speeds?
  • only support certain file-types, leaving files such as pictures, music, video or even critical applications unprotected?
  • limit individual file sizes to no more than 4GB, leaving your larger files unprotected?
  • will only backup what’s on your internal drive without ever considering the files you may have stored on your server or network drive?
  • claim that they’ll keep your data safe but they use a faulty encryption standard or only encrypt the data during transfer, or worse, they don’t encrypt at all?
  • offer lousy support or make you pay extra just to be able to talk directly to a support staff or send an email?
  • make a task as simple as restoring, painfully time consuming and complicated or actually have the nerve to charge $$$ to get your files back?
  • slow your computers down to the point where you can no longer use them, taking away from your productivity?
  • claim they offer a backup solution when it's nothing more than a sync tool lacking in revision and management capabilities?
