Question: Do I get charged for restoring my files?

No. You are welcome to restore as often as you like at no cost. You are billed on a monthly basis only for the average amount of data you store with us.

Question: When I restore a file/folder does it delete this information from your servers?

No. When you restore a file, the copy (or copies) still remains on our servers. If you wish to delete them, that is an entirely separate process which takes place via BackJack's Backup Window.

Question: Why are there several copies of the same file in my Restore Window?

The default Revision Option setting for BackJack is to keep 10 older copies of each file on our server up to 30 days, as opposed to overwriting the file everytime a new backup is performed.

Question: Can I select multiple items for recovery via the Restore Window?

Yes, just add them to your "Items You Would Like To Restore" list from the "Items You Have Backed Up" list.

Question: If I select multiple revisions for restoring, how does BackJack put these on my hard drive?

BackJack will create a single Restore folder and you designate where you want that folder to be placed on your hard drive. Then, within that folder, BackJack will place each file's revision into a separate folder for convenience.
