MyBackJack is the new web-based account administration portal. It provides account holders a means for managing and updating their account information as well as distributing computer and user management to computer technicians within their business to support their user's backup and storage needs.

2. Backend Infrastructure

BackJack has re-built it's backend storage infrastruture to provide better software and network efficiency while still providing the same quality of service and support that our client's have come to know. This has also allowed us to provide the service at greatly reduced pricing which we are pleased to pass on to our loyal clients.

3. Storage Allocation

BackJack has improved it's service to offer more storage for less cost. Storage allocation is purchased and distributed to the account as a whole and then re-distributed by the account holder to each of its users. Every user for an account is provided with a minimum of one 10 Gb storage block. Individual users can then be allocated more storage blocks as their needs arise.

4. Annual Subscriptions

An annual subscription allows BackJack to provide its service at even greater cost savings. Committing to our online backup service for one year allows us to provide further reductions in pricing to our clients. Account administration fees for both BackJack and its clients are reduced.
