Earn 10K+ this winter term!!

There are lots of things you could do this winter -- we have a unique and challenging opportunity that will let you put this time to good use. It will combine your passion for technology with your goals of earning enough income to assist in your current investment of building for your future through higher education.

You will be compensated well this winter but it will take a lot of dedication, hard work and long hours. This opportunity is not for everyone.

Because we are a small team, the successful candidates will gain real-life business experiences by being an integral component of a technology focused company that provides essential services to businesses around the world.

Who you are

Who do your friends and family turn to when they need help with the latest and greatest in technology? If that person is you, we want to talk.

First and foremost, we're looking for enthusiastic individuals who derive satisfaction from helping others. The types of questions and problems that you will encounter are varied and it is impossible for you to know all the answers. You enjoy this challenge because you've learned how to use all available resoures to first understand the problem, and then resolve it.

Our solution is a Macintosh-based solution. Although it is simple to use, many of the questions and issues you encounter will apply to OSX itself as well as other software applications. Preference will certainly be given to those with Macintosh experience. However, if you are strong in the Windows environment, your experience, open mind, and ability to learn quickly means you will also be quite successful in this position.

Helping others is just one part of the job. Another critical function is assisting in the ongoing operations and maintenance of the IT infrastructure. Here is where your understanding of the underlying file system of Unix/Linux based systems will help. Being comfortable with the command line is preferred but not essential.

Where we're located

Enjoy our unique office location in Kimberley, Ontario (in the heart of the Beaver Valley). It is close to all kinds of fun activity including skiing, hiking/biking trails, golf, rock climbing, Georgian Bay, etc. Have fun and gain valuable work experience!

For those out of town, housing rentals are readily available throughout the different seasons.
