Subscribing Information

1. I've tried your free trial period - how do I proceed with subscribing?
Subscribing to BackJack is easy. Just visit our Subscribe link and it will guide you conveniently through the steps - you will be required to submit full contact and credit card information. Once you have received confirmation via the online subscription process, you are welcome to carry on with your uploads.

2. Is there a guarantee on your service?
Absolutely. We offer all clients a full 30-day money back guarantee on all fees initially paid to us provided the cancellation occurs within the first 30 days of their subscription date.

 

Administrative (billings, etc.)

1. Can I back up several Macs? Does it cost extra?
You are welcome to add more users to your Account at any time. Additional users on the same Account are only $4.00 each US per month (ie. 6 additional Macs = $24 US per month). The amount of storage you have pre-paid for on a monthly basis represents the total for all users on the Account.

2. How does your billing process work?
When you subscribe:

  • there is a one-time Activation fee
  • you are billed the monthly Subscription fee which includes 2 native GB per month
  • you are billed for any additional Storage you want to purchase (optional) - ie. if you would like to reserve 3 additional GB (so that your overall storage total is 5 GB) then the additional fee will be $18 (3 GB @ $6.00/GB)

Monthly invoices include:

  • the Subscription fee
  • fees for any additional Storage you have purchased/reserved
  • fees for any additional users on the Account (if applicable)

3. Do you charge for support?
No. Support is completely free.
