We offer Basic File Protection pricing (below) as an alternative to our regular pricing; however, please review carefully:

• this represents using BackJack where your files are stored with us on a single online server only (a significant departure from our regular offering) and is the lowest level of storage protection we offer
• we retain no redundant online copies nor do we retain any offline copies
• while it is less expensive for us to offer this option, the risk of file loss increases significantly (ie. if the server that holds your data goes down, your files are no longer recoverable and you will be required to re-upload)
• due to the risks involved, clients are required to review, sign and return (via fax or mail) a formal agreement prior to the Account being activiated and uploads occurring - if you would like to review this agreement, please download here

• for clients who have an onsite backup solution in place and simply want/need basic offsite file protection
• for clients who are willing to accept the inconvenience of potential downtime
