MyBackJack Administrative Portal

MyBackJack has been designed to provide Account Administrators and invited users with a convenient online method of managing their BackJack Account.

MyBackJack Login

In order to access the portal, users are required to enter their (a) Account ID (b) MyBackJack ID and (c) MyBackJack password. This Login information was provided to you via email during the free account process. You may need to obtain it from your Account Administrator.

MyBackJack Home

The items that are displayed on the Home page will vary depending on whether you are a free account user or a subscriber. If you are free BackJack account user, you will note a red 'Subscribe' link in the top left-hand corner. If you are already a Subsriber, you'll note a 'Buy More' link as part of the Account snapshot columns. The Home page provides the user with an overview of their Account, including:

• The current number of Users and Storage blocks (if you are a free account user) OR purchased number of Users and Storage Blocks (if you are a subscriber)
• The number of Users and Storage Blocks 'In Use' on the Account
• The number of 'Unused' Users and Storage Blocks (available to be added/assigned)

As you add Users, Storage Blocks and/or assign storage, these totals will adjust accordingly. 

You can log out of MyBackJack at any time by clicking on the 'Logout' link in the top-right hand corner of the Home page. You'll not how this also displays the Account Owner (ie. the Account ID).
