This window allows you to obtain important information about the status of your backups.
At the end of each backup session, you will receive an email with information pertaining to your backup. If BackJack encountered problems, you will be informed to check your log activity for more details. Note that the Log is generally more for our purposes in assisting you to troubleshoot specific errors. You may be asked to send the entire Log file to our Client Care team for review. The log file is located via Users/<yourlogin>/Library/BackJack5/Log.
By default, the maximum log file size is 1 MB but can be changed in the Preferences window.
You can access the Log Window by selecting 'Log' in the Window menu or by pressing <command> + 'L'.
