Resolution

Reconfigure BJAutoLaunch5

Resolution A: Reinstall BackJack5
Although this resolution is the easiest and least technical, it involves completely reinstalling the BackJack software on your Mac - NOTHING ON OUR SERVERS WILL BE REMOVED.

To get BJAutoLaunch installed correctly again, download and run the Version 5 installer at: <http://download.backjack.com/BackJack5.dmg>

Resolution B: Add/Re-Add BJAutoLaunch5 to your Login Items
This resolution has more steps and is a bit more technical. However, it does not involve reinstalling or reconfiguring the BackJack software.

Configure your Login Items

  1. Launch System Preferences
  2. Select Accounts
  3. Highlight the Account on the left that the user is logged in as or is using BackJack
  4. Click on the tab 'Login Items' (top-right)
  5. Click on the '+' under the list
  6. Select the BJAutoLaunch5 application and click the 'Add' button
  7. No need for a checkmark in the 'Hide' column
Manually Launch BJAutoLaunch5
Unless you logout and then back in, BJAutoLaunch5 still won't be running.  To get it going immediately, simply double-click the BJAutoLaunch5 app in the Login Items list (it appears that nothing happens but it has launched in the background).
