My Free Trial expired and I want to subscribe but I can't remember my password. The Forgot Password link isn't working!

Symptoms

• Your Free Trial ran out before you were able to subscribe
• The Forgot Password link on the MyBackJack login page does not work

Explanation

The "Forgot Password" link is for active accounts only. Once your Free Trial expires, it no longer works. 

Resolution 

• We can still give you the first and last characters of your password as a hint.
• If the password hint does not help, we will help you set up a new account a subscribe right away.
