I'm not getting Confirmation Emails Any More

Problem

You have "Send Confirmation Email" checked, but you not receiving your Confirmation emails.

Resolution

 

  1. Double check that the "Send Confirmation Email" box in the BackJack Backup tab is checked.
  2. Check if the email address that the Confirmation Emails are being sent to is active and valid. 
  3. Check your spam folder.
  4. If you use an online email provider (i.e. Gmail) but receive your emails through a computer-based email client (i.e. Apple Mail) check your online Inbox and spam folder.  
  5. If you use mail forwarding (i.e. you have several addresses but they are all forwarded to the same Inbox) check each account individually.
