I'm not getting Confirmation Emails Any More

Problem
You have "Send Confirmation Email" checked, but you not receiving your Confirmation emails.Resolution
- Double check that the "Send Confirmation Email" box in the BackJack Backup tab is checked.
- Check if the email address that the Confirmation Emails are being sent to is active and valid.
- To do that, see the directions in this article.
- Check your spam folder.
- If you use an online email provider (i.e. Gmail) but receive your emails through a computer-based email client (i.e. Apple Mail) check your online Inbox and spam folder.
- If you use mail forwarding (i.e. you have several addresses but they are all forwarded to the same Inbox) check each account individually.
