How do I remove Users or Storage That I Don't Need Anymore?

Problem
- You have purchased too many Users or 10GB Storage Blocks
- Your requirements have been reduced and you now have Users and/or storage than you need
Resolution
If you have purchased the Users/Storage within the past 30 days
contact us for a full refund. The extra User/Storage will be removed from your account.
If it has been more than 30 days since you purchased your Users/Storage
and you no longer need it, make sure that:
- All unused User Accounts are deleted via MyBackJack
- All unused Storage Blocks are unassigned from a User
For more details on how to do this, visit this page. When your account is renewed, MyBackJack will automatically remove any unused storage or users. This way your credit card is only charged for what you are using.
