How do I change where my Confirmation Emails go?

Problem

You change your email address.

Resolution

The email address that your Backup Confirmation Emails is sent to can be changed by completing the following steps:

  1. Launch BackJack.
  2. Select the "Manage User" tab.
  3. Enter your User Password and click "Login."
  4. Click "Edit Email Address."
  5. Type and re-type your email address.
  6. Click "Save Changes."
