What type of Account is it?
Free Account
Free Accounts cannot be cancelled - they simply expire. After 60 days of inactivity, your account is deactivated and purged. You will receive messages that your Free Account is about to expire. These are automated - please disregard them. To uninstall BackJack5, follow the directions on this page: http://www.backjack.com/uninstallingbackjack/

NOTE: If you cancel your account within 30 days of subscription, you will receive a full refund under our 30-day Money-Back Guarantee.
To cancel your Version 5 account, go to www.MyBackJack.com and uncheck Auto-Renew:
- Go to www.MyBackJack.com and login to your account.
- Click on "Settings" under the "Account" heading.
- Uncheck the box marked "Automatically Renew Subscription on <Month, Day, 20XX>."
You subscription will not be renewed and your files will be purged when your subscription expires. You will begin receiving email messages that your account is about to expire 30 days before your expiry date. These are automated - please disregard them.
