| Versions: | All |
| Article: | KB100013 |
Symptoms
- You receive the above message when you attempt to backup.
- The number "10403" appears in your log along side the above error.
Explanation
BackJack has many different security features, one of which is to verify your Mac's time and date stamp. BackJack refused your connection because your time and date or time zone is set incorrectly.Resolution
To remedy the situation, you will need to go to your System Preferences to the Date & Time settings and adjust the date and time of your system clock to your local GMT time zone. If your 'Set date & time automatically' is currently checked, typically unchecking and then checking again should be sufficient to reset it.
