Resolution

Resolution for Symptom A:
There is nothing wrong.

This email means that no files changed from the last backup. Since nothing changed, BackJack had nothing to back up.
Resolution for Symptom B:
Fix the Misconfigured item(s) in your backup list.

If a file or folder is moved or renamed, your Confirmation Email will list that file or folder, followed by, "The following files were successfully backed up: No files were backed up during this session."  In the BackJack client software, there will be a red question mark in the "Items to Back Up" list (?) alerting you to "reconfigure" or find, the item.

To reconfigure ("find") an item

  1. Select it in your 'Items to Back Up' list in BackJack.
  2. On the right hand side of the 'Items to Back Up' pane there is a red question mark button.
  3. Navigate to the new location of the file or folder and click 'Select' or 'Open' - depending on your operating system.
If you don't want to back up this item any more, simply remove it from the list of items to back up by selecting it and then clicking the minus
