Backup and Restore Your Calculator and Never Forget How Much You Owe in Taxes Again

Description:	This article shows you where to find your Calculator settings and how to backup and restore these items.

Backup:

1. Quit Calculator
2. Locate the 'Calculator' folder found here:
   ~/Library/Application Support
3. Copy this folder to your backup media
4. Locate the com.apple.calculator.plist file folder found here:
   ~/Library/Preferences
5. Copy this file to your backup media
6. You have now successfully backed up your Calculator

Do this with BackJack

Restore:

1. Quit Calculator
2. Recover the 'Calculator' folder that you backed up
3. Copy it into here:
   ~/Library/Application Support
4. Recover the com.apple.calculator.plist file that you backed up
5. Copy it into here:
   ~/Library/Preferences
6. Enter the username and password for an administrator on your computer and click continue
7. Launch Calculator found here:
   /Applications/Calculator/
8. You have successfully restored your Calculator
