What are the System Requirements?

• Any PowerPC or Intel Macintosh (desktop, portable, server, etc.)
• OS X - v.10.4.10 or greater (Leopard compatible)
• An Internet connection

How do I begin?
We offer a free, 15-day (no obligation) trial period during which time you can test the backup procedure to our secure locations and perform restores, deletions, etc. An email address and password are the only two pieces of information required (please refer to our Privacy Policy to learn more).

How much storage do you provide during the trial?
We provide you with 2 Users, each with its own 10 GB block of storage. The first User gets automatically configured for you based on information that you enter during the free trial sign-up process. You are then welcome to create the second User via MyBackJack, our online administrative portal.

Are there any limitations to the trial software?
No. You will be using a full working version of our v5.1 software. The only limitations are the number of Users and storage provided via the trial.

What is MyBackJack and why should I familiarize myself with it?

MyBackJack is our online administrative portal that allows you to conveniently manage all aspects of your BackJack Account as follows:

• Storage (add or decrease your storage amount, assign storage to Users on your Account, etc.)
• Users (manage and monitor all users on your Account, add or delete users, etc.)
• Administrative information (contact and credit card information, passwords, etc.)
