Cancellation and 30-day money back guarantee
We provide a full, 30-day money-back guarantee. If you are dissatisfied with the service for any reason within the first 30 days (30 days from your official subscription date), the full fees initially paid will be refunded completely by way of a credit to the original credit card on file (unless otherwise specified by you).

Refunds
We offer clients a 15-day free trial period as well as a full 30-day money-back guarantee period; therefore, we are unable to offer any refunds (partial or full) on your Annual subscription. If you request to cancel your Account part way through your Annual term, the Account will remain active until the official one-year period has expired.
