Account

Buy More

 

If you need to add Users to your Account and/or purchase additional storage, this can be done within MyBackJack ('Buy More' link). If you have Users and/or Storage blocks available or 'unused', you can add a new User via 'Add User' link. If you need to allocate storage to an existing User, this can be done via the 'Manage Users' link.

  

For convenience, this window presents purchased Users and Storage blocks, those already in use and those still available to be allocated.

 

 

Proceed with completing the 'Buy More' process by:

a. entering the new TOTAL number of Users required on the Account in the New Qty field

b. entering the new TOTAL number of Storage Blocks required on the Account in the New Qty field

c. clicking on the 'Refresh Totals' button to see today's prorated amount and how this change will affect future invoice totals

d. entering credit card information

 

The prorating that occurs is based on your next annual invoice date. Once you click on 'Process Transaction' you will receive an emailed invoice summarizing the details of your purchase.

 

You can now add/configure any new Users via 'Add User' link. If you need to allocate storage that you just purchased to any given User, this can be done via the 'Manage Users' link.

 

 

Update Credit Card

If you need to update the credit card information for your Account, this can be done via the 'Update Credit Card' link. Once you 'submit' the new information, the change will take effect immediately and used for all future purchases.

 

 

 

Settings

With this feature, you have the option of:

 

  • changing or removing the default email address that gets used for new Users that you configure on your Account
  • changing the default settings for password changes done via the portal

 

 

 

Update Contact Info

With this feature, you can update all contact information associated with your Account including billing and tech contacts, mailing address, phone numbers, etc.

 

 

Change Password

With this feature, you can change the Account password. Note, this relates to the password on the Account only and not each individual User password or the MyBackJack password.
